According to the management workflow we found that there is no scope for future weeks for the development team. Also there is no visible backlog for developers.

How to fix
Add backlog status to the management board. You can hide it from developers if you wish.
We found that several tasks were estimated by one person, but implemented by other. That’s why sometimes feature’s development time grows so much (60h spent instead of 20h estimation).
How to fix
Once per week/month etc. have a planning session to discuss future workload with the team.
It’s recommended to use different cubit states inherited from the base state.
For example authorisation cubit should have about 4 states:
